The gated Dünengarten apartment complex is perfect for your family vacation: At Dünengarten, you’ll find a private park with streams, a small grove, and places to sit. And here’s what makes it special: The complex is just a few steps from the beach—a very quiet stretch of beach that, even on hot summer days, isn’t as crowded as the other beaches in the seaside resort.

LIGHT-FILLED 3-ROOM MAISONETTE APARTMENT WITH ROOF TERRACE
Welcome to Apartment No. 32 in the Dünengarten Residence! This bright and light-filled 3-room maisonette apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and spans two floors up to the attic. With 74 square meters of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. You’ll find a cozy living and dining area with an open kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and—on the upper level—a combined living and sleeping area with a rooftop terrace.
The cozy dining area on the lower floor is furnished with a comfortable armchair and a dining table for shared meals. The open kitchenette, made of rustic pine, is equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: a 4-burner stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator are all located in the kitchen. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as plenty of cookware and tableware, round out the kitchen amenities.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) invites you to a restful night’s sleep. The spacious closet with a full-length mirror offers plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. On the upper floor, you’ll find a combined living and sleeping area with a sleeper sofa and TV, as well as a wood-burning stove. The cozy stove in the living area creates a warm atmosphere and perfectly rounds out the comfortable ambiance. The large south-facing rooftop terrace, perfect for sunbathing and long evenings with a glass of wine, is accessible from the upper living area.
The tiled bathroom, filled with natural light, is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A towel warmer ensures your towels are nice and warm.
SPECIAL FEATURES
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome in our vacation rental— we want your four-legged friends to feel right at home here, too. Please understand that smoking is permitted only outdoors, as this is a non-smoking apartment.
It is strictly prohibited to charge electric cars and other electric vehicles using the house’s or apartment’s electrical outlets.
The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are available for rent on a per-person basis. Please place your order well in advance so that we can have the linens package ready for you in the apartment before your arrival. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions.
Guests staying in this vacation rental have access to a free underground parking space in the neighboring building (Strandresidenz Dünenperle, parking space no. 67).
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
