The Waldhaus is a historic, turn-of-the-century spa-style building located in the West district of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn, just 150 meters from the beach. The lovingly furnished 2- and 3-room vacation apartments each feature at least one terrace or balcony, as well as a parking space or carport next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, which you can use for a fee. There is also a bicycle storage room at the building.

This charming maisonette apartment, approximately 62 square meters in size, spans two levels (first floor and first floor) and features a separate entrance with its own terrace. The Waldhaus shines with its restored seaside resort architecture and is located just a few steps from the fine sandy beach and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania’s longest waterfront promenade.
GROUND FLOOR: LIVING, COOKING, AND ENJOYING
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself directly in the open living area with a large pull-out sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed in no time at all. Here you’ll find a TV, DVD player, stereo, CD player, and Wi-Fi.
The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with an exhaust fan, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, as well as all essential kitchen utensils. The dining table with comfortable wicker chairs is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family. Additionally, the first floor features a guest restroom, a convenient storage room, and beautiful terracotta tiles that add a touch of Mediterranean charm.
From here, you step out onto your furnished terrace—perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxed summer evenings.
UPPER FLOOR: SLEEPING AND RELAXING
The open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV, as well as a separate sleeper sofa. A small sitting area on the loft offers an additional quiet retreat.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and hair dryer.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests of this vacation rental; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any service disruptions.
