This modern and welcoming 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²), located near the beach on the 1st floor (with an elevator), offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring, while the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, featuring a large coat rack and wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The modern and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, armchairs with a footstool and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6.5 m² sunny and covered balcony (facing east and south) with balcony furniture —here you can sit back and relax with a side view of the vast ocean and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, two flat-screen TVs are available in the vacation rental. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The open-concept kitchenette includes a kitchen unit with a sink, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom with large floor-to-ceiling windows is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a wall-mounted coat rack, and a luggage rack, and also features a flat-screen TV.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The cheerful, Mediterranean-style bathroom features a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure, a sink with a large mirror, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large wall-mounted coat rack (with mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A built-in safe is available in your apartment to safeguard your valuables.

If needed, there’s a laundromat near the apartment complex (about a 5-minute walk) where you can wash your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free directly behind the apartment complex in the large parking lot of the “Hotel Residenz Waldkrone”; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike room. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation accommodation.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Since the apartment complex is directly connected to the “Hotel Residenz Waldkrone,” guests of the apartment complex have the option to use the hotel’s breakfast service for a fee. Alternatively, at the neighboring restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which features a large outdoor terrace, to enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or to treat yourself to flavorful dishes, select wines, or specialty cocktails in the evening. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete bedding—the beds are already made—a large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. For occupancy by 3 or 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
