You’ll be warmly welcomed by the open-concept living and dining area, featuring a cozy dining nook and a comfortably furnished sofa area with a flat-screen TV. Direct access to the terrace from the living area is another plus of this beautiful apartment.
The furnished terrace faces south, making it the ideal spot, especially for sun worshippers. A hedge and a slatted fence provide privacy on all sides.
In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
This vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet for your clothes. The guest room has two single beds, so two guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep here as well.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a washing machine here.
The hallway is practically furnished.

The allergy-friendly apartment in Boltenhagen Ost is a non-smoking apartment —however, smoking is permitted on the terrace. In addition, only green electricity is used. The vacation rental is ideal for both families and seniors.
Additional amenities include a high chair and a travel crib with a matching mattress for the youngest guests, both of which are available free of charge. Underfloor heating in all rooms (the bathroom also has a towel warmer).

In addition, this rental shop offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
