The 3-room “Strand” apartment in the Glückstal building is located on the first floor and offers cozy accommodations for up to 4 people.
The living room features comfortable seating and entertainment electronics such as satellite TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player.
The kitchen, which opens onto a dining area, is equipped with a kitchenette featuring a stove and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and much more.
The vacation apartment has two separate bedrooms. While one bedroom has a double bed with adjustable slats, the second bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200 cm).
In addition to a shower and toilet, the bathroom also features a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
The apartment also features a furnished south-facing terrace, as well as a private garden area, a patio umbrella, and lounge chairs.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment in Boltenhagen is accessible for people with limited mobility and is suitable for seniors and families. The property is surrounded by a green hedge (no fence!), providing greater privacy.
In addition, the apartment is equipped with a doorbell with an intercom, an ironing board with an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and underfloor heating.
The wooden combination high chair with a padded seat and backrest can be converted into a small table with a small chair.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed on the property. Small items such as a scooter or stroller can be safely stored here. Unfortunately, bicycles do not fit inside; they can be parked on the terrace (not visible from the street).

A handcart is also available free of charge in the storage shed.

In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept liability or cover costs for any repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts we provide are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is charged a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
