This 3-room vacation apartment in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen, featuring a private lawn, Wi-Fi, and a terrace, is ideal for a vacation on the Baltic Sea for up to four people.

The stylishly furnished 3-roomground-floor vacation apartment features family-friendly amenities for up to 4 people.
It offers an open-concept living and dining area with an integrated, modern kitchenette, a bright shower room with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and two separate bedrooms.
One bedroom features a comfortable double bed with adjustable slatted frames; the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (100x200 cm).
The spacious, furnished south-facing terrace with its own lawn is perfect for sunbathing on one of the lounge chairs or enjoying a cozy barbecue.
Special Features
The non-smokingapartment is suitable for children and seniors and is located just 150 meters from the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.
The property is surrounded by a green hedge (no fence!) and thus offers more privacy. The bright vacation apartment has tile floors and is equipped with radiant floor heating.
The wooden combination high chair provided, with a padded seat and backrest, can be converted into a small table with a small chair.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed on the property. Small items such as a scooter or stroller can be safely stored here. Unfortunately, bicycles do not fit inside; however, they are welcome to be parked on the terrace (not visible from the street).
A handcart is also available free of charge in the storage shed.
In the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, you can rent bicycles, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. You’re also welcome to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the items provided are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is provided as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
