This cozy 3-roomvacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests across approximately 75 m².
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. The pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping space for two more guests. A cozy dining area is also available. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy sunny afternoons.
The open kitchenette is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. A microwave is also available for our guests.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a spacious closet. The open loft, accessible via a staircase, features another double bed for two guests as well as a closet. There is also an additional flat-screen TV available for guests there.
The natural-light bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmer. A washing machine is also available here.

Bicycles
There is no storage shed available.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by four people, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
