About this house rental
This small 3-room row house is ideal for a vacation on the Baltic Sea.
Amenities
This single-story row bungalow features 3 rooms and is equipped to accommodate families of up to 4 guests.
The living and dining area features a sofa with matching armchairs, satellite TV, and a dining area for 4 guests. There is also a wall cabinet in the living room where you can store your vacation clothes.
The open kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, and a refrigerator.
The bedroom features a double bed (160x200m) and a dresser for storage; the children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed.
Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The window in the bathroom provides additional natural light and makes it easier to air out the room, for example, after showering.
The furnished west-facing terrace with a garden is perfect for cozy get-togethers.
Special Features
The bungalow in the “Mariannenweg” bungalow community in Boltenhagen Ost is a non-smoking property. However, smoking is permitted on the terrace.

Bicycles
If you bring or rent bicycles or similar items, you are welcome to park them on your terrace or on the property. The bungalow complex is not visible from the street due to the large, long hedge. There is no storage shed on the property, and the one that is there is used exclusively for the owner’s private purposes.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

The price is valid for up to four guests, including utilities and linens (for guests ages 4 and up).
Towels are not included. Towels can be booked separately.

Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
