An ideal senior-friendly vacation rental for two to four guests, located right by the beach and equipped with Wi-Fi. This beautiful 2-room vacation rental lets you leave the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life behind during your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The 2-bedroom vacation apartment on the first floor offers 60 square meters of space, enough for up to 4 guests + 1 toddler.
The apartment features a combined living and dining area with a comfortable leather couch, a recliner, and wicker armchairs. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment. A pull-out fold-out bed in the living area provides two sleeping spots (140x200 cm).
The open, modern kitchenette (equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer) is perfect for self-catering. You can enjoy meals together at the dining area.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm / height 51 cm) and a spacious wardrobe for your clothes.
The brightly tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet is a great way to start your day on vacation.
Find your favorite spot to soak up the sun—you have plenty of options, as there are two furnished, covered terraces (1 facing southwest, 1 facing northwest) at your disposal.

This non-smoking vacation apartment is ideal for both young families and seniors. A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge. The apartment’s own washing machine is located in the basement laundry room of the building. The bedroom can be darkened.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is accessible to all guests (with limited space). There, you can safely store bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you, as well as similar items. There is also a bike rack on the property.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
