In this bungalow—which is just as child-friendly as it is senior-friendly and features Wi-Fi—up to 4 guests and one toddler can truly enjoy their vacation on the Baltic Sea.

The bungalow’s approximately 55 square meters are furnished in a maritime style. It has a total of 3 rooms and is equipped to accommodate 4 people plus a toddler.
Thanks to the latest entertainment electronics in the living room and an extensive collection of books and board games, there’s never a dull moment—even on gloomy days. Feel free to make yourself comfortable on the couch.
Start your day with a good breakfast in the bright, modern, separate kitchen. You can enjoy your meals at the dining area provided here.
Installed smoke detectors and window screens in the two bedrooms ensure restful nights. The master bedroom features a double bed with a closet; in the children’s room, you’ll find a great bunk bed with a closet and a sturdy wooden crib (with a mattress) for our youngest guests.
The walk-in shower with a shower curtain and the heated floor in the tiled bathroom are appreciated not only by seniors. A small window provides natural light and makes it easy to air out the room after showering.
On the furnished west-facing terrace with a grill and adjoining garden, you can wonderfully enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed next to the house. Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. A beach umbrella, chair cushions, and other items are also stored here for you, our guests, to use freely.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all persons aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
