The 3-bedroom vacation apartment on the 1st floor offers approximately 55 square meters of living space and family-friendly amenities for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests plus 1 toddler.
In the living area, you’ll find an armchair, a comfortable sofa, a mini stereo system, and a large TV with a DVD player.
You can cook and eat in the open and modern kitchen and dining area. The separate dining nook provides a comfortable space for family meals together. The kitchenette is equipped with convenient appliances such as a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and more.
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms: One is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe; the second bedroom features two single beds, a mini stereo system, a desk, and a wardrobe as well.
The furnished south-facing balcony, which you can access from the living room, is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.

In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
