Spend a relaxing vacation in our well-maintained 3-room apartment “Zum Klausner” on the 2nd floor in a quiet part of Boltenhagen. The vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples or families who appreciate comfort and easy access to the Baltic Sea.
The cozy living area with a comfortable upholstered seating area and a large TV is perfect for relaxing evenings.
In the separate, spacious kitchen, you can easily prepare your meals and enjoy them together at the dining area. The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering; among other things, you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The apartment features 2 separate bedrooms—making it ideal for families: one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm / height 65 cm), a closet, and satellite TV, as well as a children’s room with a pull-out bunk bed (each 90x200 cm / upper bed height 55 cm) and storage space for clothing.
The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures a pleasant start to the day. A washing machine is also available here free of charge. The window with privacy screening provides additional natural light and makes it easier to air out the room, e.g., after showering. The towel warmer provides cozy warmth.
A special highlight: On the first floor is the cozy pub “Zum Klausner,” which is open on select days. If you’d like, you can relax there in the evening with a drink or a light snack.

Special Features

You can reach the non-smoking apartment at the back of the building via an outdoor staircase. Once you reach the apartment, you’ll enter the apartment’s own entryway and then go up the stairs into the apartment. A stair gate is also installed at the top of the stairs for safety. The windows in the kitchen and bedrooms are equipped with fly screens, and the windows in the double bedroom, kitchen, and living room can be easily darkened. A high chair is provided free of charge for our younger guests.
A public playground just a few meters away makes your stay especially convenient—especially for families with children.
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor above the cozy pub “Zum Klausner.” It’s open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and experience has shown that it doesn’t cause any disturbances—on the contrary: if you’d like, you can comfortably wind down the evening with a drink or a light snack on the terrace.

Bicycles

In the apartment’s own storage shed, located right next to the parking space on the property, you can store youror brought with you [&] Co.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax – the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
