Furnished in a Scandinavian style, this modern 3-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor offers ample space for 4–5 people with approximately 90 square meters of living space.
From the living area, you have direct access to the covered, furnished southeast-facing balcony, where you can relax and wind down at the end of each day by the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the view of the greenery and the nearby playground.
Or you can make yourself comfortable indoors on one of the two sofas in front of the flat-screen TV with a DVD player (Blu-ray). For all book lovers, there’s a cozy reading nook with an armchair in the living area.
The kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped. A stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes and glasses ensure that your vacation meals will turn out well and quickly. You can then enjoy your meals in comfort at the lovely dining area.
A spacious, bright bathroom with a window features both a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, and a large sink.
While the master bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (180x200 cm) and two wardrobes, the guest/children’s room features three comfortable single beds (each 90x200 cm), a beautiful dressing table, and, of course, a wardrobe as well. This room also features a TV.

Special Features

This non-smoking apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Both bedrooms offer excellent blackout options. For families with small children, a high chair and a portable crib with a mattress are available. And with the handcart that comes with the apartment (stored in the shed), every trip to the beach is a breeze. Great for families: a playground right behind the house.

Information about the bicycles [&] handcart

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even obtain a replacement.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by up to 4 guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable by all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
