Vacation Home 05b, known as “Haus Baltic,” in the Mariannenweg complex is a 4-room semi-detached home that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spanning three spacious floors, this semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the south/west-facing terrace, two modern bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space—100 m²—to enjoy your stay. This cozy vacation home is equipped to accommodate up to 6 people.

The furnished south/west-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair, is accessible directly from the living room. On the terrace, you can make full use of the electric grill (tabletop grill). From here, you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a Wii console, and a stereo system are available. In the living room, you can unwind on the sofa in front of the fireplace. Three additional TVs are available in the bedrooms.

On the first floor of the vacation home, the living area features a cozy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven and a 4-burner induction cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The attic features two bedrooms. These are furnished with one box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) or two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) and are equipped with window screens. The attic also features a small infrared sauna with color therapy, a washing machine, and a dryer. In the loft, you’ll find the third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

The bathrooms on the first floor and upper floor are equipped with walk-in showers. The entire vacation home is furnished in the Sylt country house style and features tile and designer flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A travel crib with a mattress and a child’s stair chair are included. Wi-Fi access (subject to availability) is provided.

The Mariannenweg vacation resort is located in a low-traffic area, set back a block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The parking lot, with individual parking spaces, is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This vacation home has 2 assigned parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public parking lot for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a barrier system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg vacation resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg vacation village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing vacation in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof cottages within the vacation village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandbox. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The parking lot, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located right at the entrance to the low-traffic complex.

The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or damage.
