About this apartment rental
This bright and tastefully furnished apartment accommodates up to 5 people plus a toddler and is a rental unit in “Ferienparadies Jenny.”
Amenities
The 3--bedroom vacation apartment is located on the first floor and spans two levels. It offers cozy accommodations for up to 5 people.
On the first level, there is a spacious living and dining area. Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa area with a flat-screen TV. The dining area seats all 5 guests, providing a place to enjoy meals, for example.
You’ll also find the separate kitchen on this level, which is equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave, among other appliances.
The bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed and a closet, is also located on the lower level of the apartment.
The spacious bathroom features both a shower and, of course, a bathtub and a toilet.
On the second level of the apartment, in the attic, there is an additional single bed in the open sleeping loft. From there, you’ll enter the children’s/guest room, which is furnished with two single beds. A dresser is provided here for your storage needs.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment in Boltenhagen West is suitable for both seniors and families with children. For our youngest guests, a high chair, one travel crib with a matching mattress, and an additional travel crib as a spare are provided free of charge in the apartment.
A washing machine can be used in the communal laundry room in the basement for a small fee.

Parking: 1 free, permanently reserved outdoor parking space next to the house
Barbecue: permitted with an electric grill (grill not provided)

Bicycles
Unfortunately, there is no storage shed available for guests here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for occupancy by up to four guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s Tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
