This 3-room vacation home is suitable for 5 people and 1 baby. In this sunny, approximately 54 m² end-of-row house, you’ll find a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a guest restroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 350 m from the resort.

Enjoy carefree, sunny days on the furnished south/west-facing terrace with an awning and grill. Take in the view of the nature reserve while relaxing with friends and family. In the modern living room, you’ll find a corner sleeper sofa (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm) and a recliner. A flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a selection of games and books ensure a relaxing stay. The fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table with its comfortable leather chairs.

The charming bedroom on the first floor of the vacation home features two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A second flat-screen TV is available here. Both bedrooms are equipped with fly screens. Wardrobes in the rooms provide storage for your travel essentials. Curtains and exterior blinds are installed on the windows for privacy.

The natural-light bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The guest bathroom, which includes a washing machine, is also located on the upper floor. For the little ones, the vacation home provides a high chair, a changing pad, and a travel crib.

The flooring in this vacation home consists of designer flooring on the first floor and laminate on the upper floor. A maximum of one pet is allowed in this non-smoking vacation home. A safe is available in a closet. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the lockable shed. A handcart is available for your use (subject to availability).

The “Urlauberdorf” vacation complex is quietly located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. A parking space is available near the house. The Urlauberdorf complex features a large children’s playground with a wooden climbing frame, sandbox, ping-pong table, soccer field, and benches for adults. The vacation village offers you a quiet and relaxing stay and is centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen. The distance to the beach is about 350 meters.

Children are very welcome at the vacation village. The complex features a spacious, green playground where your children can dig in the sandbox, climb the playhouse, and play on the seesaw and swings. There is plenty of space for various ball games, and a ping-pong table rounds out the amenities.

Pets are allowed in many of the homes. Some homes offer free Wi-Fi. Each home has a free parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity (width: 1.90 m).

Vacation Homes in the Vacation Village:

Built in 1997, the vacation village offers spacious accommodations for four to six people in 142 individually furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes. The townhouses span two levels and typically feature three rooms (a living room and two bedrooms). Some homes have a second bathroom or a guest restroom. In almost all homes, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the fall and winter. The terraces are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying meals together.

The townhouses and semi-detached homes are accessible only via the boardwalk paths. Spacious lawns between the houses create an ideal natural setting.

Some houses have sheds or storage areas available for your bicycles.
