About this apartment rental
This comfortable vacation rental, featuring a rooftop terrace, ocean views, and Wi-Fi, offers a first-class vacation home for the whole family across two levels.
Amenities
The vacation rental in the Redewisch neighborhood of Boltenhagen is perfectly equipped for families of up to 6 guests + toddlers. It is located on the first floor and spans approximately 90 square meters of living space across two levels.
On the lower level, in addition to the bathroom and two bedrooms, there is an open-concept kitchen equipped with every convenience.
One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a closet, and a satellite TV; the second is furnished with two single beds placed side by side and another closet. Here, you can either set up a portable crib for a child if needed or pull out an additional bed from the bottom.
The well-maintained shower room with toilet features two sinks and a washing machine.
The modern kitchenette, with its excellent amenities and cozy separate dining area, invites you to cook, bake, and relax together. In addition to the oven, you’ll find a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, all small appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, etc., and, of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses.
On the second level, you’ll find the tastefully furnished, open-concept loft serving as a living area with satellite TV and a double sleeper sofa for relaxing.
From here, you can also access the large, furnished rooftop terrace facing the Baltic Sea (northeast).
Special Features
Since this is a non-smoking vacation rental, smoking is unfortunately only permitted on the rooftop terrace, from which you have a unique view of the Baltic Sea. For our younger guests, both a high chair and a travel crib are available here free of charge.
Young guests are welcome to use the on-site playground on the shared grounds of “Haus am Weidengrund,” “Haus im Reet,” and “Haus am Haftbruch.”

Bicycles
The house has its own lockable storage shed (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. There is also a communal bike rack at the house.
A handcart is also available in the shed for free use.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Information about bicycles [&] handcarts
Dear guests, please understand that we cannot assume any liability or cover any costs for upcoming repairs or for renting replacement equipment if the handcarts provided are defective, do not meet your expectations, or are currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.
Booking Information
The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all guests aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
