The "Penthouse Strandloft" vacation rental, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, is ideal for 4 people and is located in a quiet area of Scharbeutz, close to the beach. The lively Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with its diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops, as well as the beautiful sandy beach, is just a short walk away. A perfect location for a varied vacation! Of course, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach from May 1 through September 15.
The penthouse is a stunning loft spread over two levels. The high-quality, extremely tasteful furnishings create a wonderful living atmosphere. Two spacious rooftop terraces and the infrared heat cabin—particularly helpful for relieving tension and detoxification—ensure a relaxing vacation. The lower level features a cozy living area with an adjoining sun terrace, the adjacent dining area, and the open, fully equipped kitchen with an integrated washing machine. This level also includes a bedroom furnished with a box-spring bed and an additional TV. The highlight is the second rooftop terrace just outside, perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine with a morning coffee. A high-quality bathroom with natural light, featuring a combined bathtub and shower, and a separate guest restroom are available. On the upper level is the second, separate bedroom, which is also equipped with a double bed and an additional TV, as well as a modern, bright shower room with an integrated infrared sauna. The windows in both bedrooms are fitted with blackout pleated blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
A parking space is available in the building’s underground garage (entry height: 2 meters). Of course, an elevator is available.
