Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.
This comfortable, 83 m² 3-roomduplex vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building at Pegasus.. Close to the beach and centrally located near the spa park, up to 5 people can enjoy an unforgettable vacation here in one of Scharbeutz’s best locations.
The apartment spans two levels, features a spacious layout, and is furnished to be family-friendly. On the upper level, you’ll find a modern bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, as well as two separate bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and the other with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). On the lower level, you’ll find the modern living area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) as well as the open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The second bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is also located here. Wi-Fi, two TVs, and a Bluetooth radio provide a variety of entertainment options. Each floor features a furnished balcony, where you can relax and unwind.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the shared, lockable bike storage room. The building also features a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, we provide many amenities, including a high chair (TripTrap), a travel crib, and a bed rail. A stair gate and outlet covers in all rooms provide additional safety.
