Penthouse Moin, 3-room apartment, approx. 65 m² with a large rooftop terrace. Bright and inviting apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor[nbsp] in Villa Scharbeutz (new construction, completed in 2021). West-facing rooftop terrace, equipped with a lounge area and a dining area.[nbsp] Electric exterior roller shutters, elevator, [nbsp] outdoor parking space.

Villa Scharbeutz is located across from the spa park, close to the city center. The “Penthaus Moin” apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Just a short walk to the beach. The Dünenmeile, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, is within a few minutes’ walk. Fresh rolls in the morning—the bakery is just a few steps away.

Here, you’ll find a table and chairs as well as a lounge area. The first bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. The second bedroom features two single beds, a wall-mounted TV, and a wardrobe. All windows have electric exterior shutters. The bright, modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and separate handheld showerhead, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
