Guesthouse Nina 2, Apartment 2 is the right-hand half of the duplex located at Störtebekerstieg 5 in Scharbeutz. The vacation home is located in a quiet area of Scharbeutz. Shopping options (Aldi, Penny, Sky, Rossmann), the fine-sand, white Baltic Sea beach, and the center of Scharbeutz—with its many boutiques, restaurants, and cafés—are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
Amenities
The 4-room vacation home is designed to accommodate 6 people and spans 2 levels (first floor and upper floor) with a furnished south/west-facing terrace and adjoining garden. The property is completely fenced in and separated from the neighboring semi-detached house by a fence.
The entrance to the house is wheelchair-accessible, as is the lower living area. In addition, the Scharbeutz vacation home features underfloor heating.
The spacious Nina 2 vacation home features 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm). One bedroom is located on the first floor; the other two bedrooms, also equipped with double beds, are located on the upper floor.
The Scharbeutz vacation home also features a large living room with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances, including an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, freezer, and microwave.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower; on the upper floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. There is also a second TV on the upper floor in the stairwell near the couch.
In addition, the first floor can be darkened using exterior blinds. There are no exterior blinds installed on the upper floor.
Special Features
Wi-Fi is available and you’re welcome to use it. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement of the house.
There is a parking space next to the house for your car. If you arrive with multiple cars, up to 3 cars can be parked in a row. There is a garden shed for storing bicycles, strollers, etc.
This is a non-smoking vacation rental. Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
