This modern and bright 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the first floor, features a southwest-facing terrace, and is equipped to accommodate 4 people. Located right next to the spa gardens, the newly redesigned Dünenmeile and the fine Baltic Sea beach are just 400 meters away. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. The building’s entrance area is wheelchair accessible.
The interior has been furnished with great attention to detail. The living room features a cozy sofa set that can be converted into a spacious sleeping area for 2 people (1.67 m x 2.20 m). A large smart TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, a radio, and Wi-Fi are available for your use. In addition, the apartment features a variety of board games and a selection of DVDs to help make your stay in this beautiful apartment comfortable and enjoyable.
The spacious kitchen and dining area features an open-concept kitchen with an American-style kitchen island. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg boiler, and hand mixer, as well as a baby food warmer for our youngest guests. The modern dining area adjoins the kitchen counter. The southwest-facing terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people. With the exception of the bathroom, the apartment can be completely darkened using exterior roller shutters. Additionally, each window has a pleated blind (sliding curtain on the patio door)
The bathroom features a switchable floor heating system, a bathtub with a shower and rain showerhead, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a child-sized toilet seat, a potty, and a step stool.
The bedroom is quietly situated facing the spa park and is equipped with a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m—with 2 single mattresses), a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. The rental price also includes a travel crib and a high chair. All electrical outlets in the apartment are equipped with child safety covers. An ironing board and iron are available for your use, as is a coin-operated washing machine in the bathroom.
An underground parking space and a private, lockable storage room in the basement are at your disposal.
