The Lillesand vacation rental is located on the second floor of the newly built Timmare V building in an excellent, quiet location,[nbsp] right in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand. The Baltic Sea, the beach, and the town center—with its diverse dining options and many shops—are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Through the interplay of colors and high-quality materials, combined with great attention to detail, we’ve succeeded in creating a wonderful atmosphere. Real wood parquet flooring and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate, while large windows—all equipped with electric exterior blinds—fill the rooms with natural light. You’ll find a combined living and dining area featuring a high-quality sleeper sofa and a built-in kitchen. The spacious south-facing balcony is furnished with exclusive garden and lounge furniture and equipped with a ceiling-mounted radiant heater, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor area even on cooler evenings. In front of the bedroom, which is furnished with a double box-spring bed and a TV, there is another balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee. The bathroom is luxurious and features a spacious walk-in shower.
The building has an elevator. A reserved outdoor parking space is located on the property, and[nbsp] bicycles can be stored safely and dry in a dedicated bike shed. A washer and dryer are located in the basement and are available for our guests’ exclusive use.
