Location
This dream home, “Utkiek,” is located at Wolburgstr. 7 in Timmendorfer Strand. The vacation apartments are very comfortable and modern, and will be occupied by guests for the first time during the 2016 season. The new building has 6 residential units. The beach is about 400 meters away, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand—with its pedestrian zone and many cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques—is about 250 meters away. Supermarkets are about 400 meters from the complex.

The high-quality, fully equipped, and very modern 3-roomapartment No. 5 is located on the 2nd floor and spans two levels.
A furnished south/west-facing balcony with a beautiful view over the rooftops of Timmendorfer Strand, afternoon and evening sun, spacious windows, and full-ceramic flooring in a cozy wood-look finish with underfloor heating on the lower level create a cozy atmosphere.
All windows, except for the bathroom, are equipped with blackout pleated blinds that also provide thermal insulation.
The cozy living room of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a high-quality sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a sound system, which you can also use to play your own music from your cell phone. In a reading nook furnished with a rocking lounge chair, you can make yourself comfortable—not just on rainy days. The dining area connects the living area to the open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a combination oven/microwave, and a dishwasher. A filter coffee maker, a Nespresso espresso machine, a milk frother, and an egg cooker round out the amenities.
The lower bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors.
The second separate bedroom is located on the upper level and is also furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a built-in closet. Here you’ll find a second flat-screen TV of the same model, though slightly smaller.
The vacation apartment’s high-quality bathroom invites you to linger with its rain shower and built-in radio.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
Note
An apartment building is being constructed on a lot in the immediate neighborhood—at Wilhelmstr. 14—and is scheduled for completion by June 2028. As of September 2026, an excavation pit has been dug, but construction on the new building has not yet begun. The bedroom windows, as well as those behind the sofa set and in the kitchen, face in this direction. The balcony extends sideways toward the construction site, so you won’t have a direct view of the construction site, though you will likely hear the construction noise.
In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the base room rate for the affected weekdays, to be applied upon checkout.
