The One vacation rental is located in the Summer House at 2Seasons and boasts a quiet and very central location at Erlenbruchstraße 10 in Timmendorfer Strand. It is approximately 200 meters to the Baltic Sea and the fine-sand beach. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many restaurants, cafes, and shopping options, is also less than a 2-minute walk away.
You don’t even need to take your car to go grocery shopping. Famila and Aldi are also only about 150 meters away. Despite the very central location, you’ll enjoy a pleasantly quiet stay here. This fantastic vacation rental offers the ideal vacation home for the whole family in a quiet and very central location in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea.

The very tastefully furnished 3-room Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment with a south/west-facing loggia, a terrace, and access to the garden on the first floor and basement of the Summer House is furnished to accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child and invites you to relax and unwind.
The vacation apartment spans two levels (the staircase is located in the hallway) and features a bright, spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen. The living area is equipped with a cozy sofa set, a Smart TV, Apple TV with AirPlay, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. The dining area adjoins the open, high-quality kitchen, which features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and oven. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.
This vacation rental features one bathroom with a walk-in Raindance shower and an additional guest restroom.
The two bedrooms are located in the basement of the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental. One bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and an LCD TV; the second bedroom features two single box-spring beds (90x200 cm each), which can be joined to form a double bed, as well as a sleeping berth (80x200 cm) and an LCD TV. To ensure you get a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened.
