The rooms were very clean, cosy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for dinner and drinks also.

The staff were great, very friendly! Although the rooms are small, they made great use of the space and have been very tastefully decorated. We had dinner in the restaurant/pub attached and the food was exceptional!
The only negative is the walls are paper thin.

The room was lovely, especially the bathroom and the shower in particular. Check in was very simple when no staff were on site
I do wish the restaurant didn’t close on a Monday and Tuesday, but I’m sure there’s a practical reason behind it. We were hiking a trail
So arrived on foot, so we had to trudge through muddy fields in the dark to go to the masons arms for dinner 😅
