My room was by the main road, very noisy

The location was perfect for me as the motorbike garage I was going to was only 1 mile away. A good selection at breakfast and not too shy on the portions. The pub has a good selection of beers and they sell baps and sausages rolls as well.
A strong smell of cigarettes if you have the window open as customers from the pub go outside the front door to smoke and it's just below the bedroom window. The rooms are all on suite and well worth the money.( £45.)

Great selection of beers and exceptional food.
A little tired. The hot water for bath simply dribbled.

Lovely friendly pub with great food. If you're staying just make sure you don't get room 2. Great shame as otherwise very friendly with lovely food.
If you are staying just make sure you don't have room 2. Tiny, tiny toilet and tiny separate washroom. Single glazed sash window above main road was noisy in the mornings. Other rooms looked decent just make sure you DON'T get Room 2!
