Matt the Manager was outstanding, going above and beyond to assist us in making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Mikey, the Chef, was also superb, offering advice on food selections, all of which were delicious, and fresh.
Great Bar atmosphere early evenings with locals both two and four legged being friendly and hospitable. Open mic-night Tuesday was fun, and meal deals were excellent value, especially Steak Night.
Room ''Pumpkin'' whilst offering a walk- in shower room was a bit tired. TV channels selection were a a bit poor, no ITV 1.

The food was decent. The staff were friendly.
The extraordinarily loud TV that was switched on a 7.15am was the bugbear. There were outside speakers in the tented area below my window and the sound of the morning news reverberated around my room. It was awful. I could even hear it in the shower.
