Simple check-in with helpful man at the desk, very fast wi-fi, no keys, just use a code to enter your room and the building.
Tight stairwell lifting a suitcase up two flights of stairs, not a problem, but possibly not ideal for some.

Great location, clean and modern
We had two single beds pushed together to make a double and together with some hard pillows it wasn’t as comfortable as it could have been for a couple but overall happy with our stay

Location, close to Borough Station is very convenient, the check in process on the mobile is useful, but I think for the less tech savvy generation, I think they would struggle. Overall the bed was comfy.
There are no staff present to speak with and address concerns, the room was incredibly hot and noisy throughout. The ear plugs on the bedside table was an early warning but did not solve the problem. The bathrooms, especially the shower were incredibly dirty and showed no signs that they had been cleaned. The water from the shower did not drain to the point the basin was overflowing. The room was on the 3rd floor up some incredibly steep steps. Older, disabled people with bags would be at a huge dissadvantage. Glad I was only staying a short period, any longer would have been torture.

"It was in the perfect location. So clean and fresh and being able to open the room door with the phone super convenient. The ear plugs were a nice touch if it was noisy but didn’t find it to be. Reali..."
