We travelled across Uzbekistan as a family of five, including my elderly father, and Guest House Bekturdi was hands down the highlight of all our stays. Our host Otabek and his lovely family made us feel like we were visiting relatives, not staying at a guest house. His wife and sister prepared a top-quality homemade breakfast, fresh, delicious and generous, the best breakfast of our whole trip. And their adorable little son Yaseen (MashaAllah!) brought smiles to all our faces. Such a kind, caring and beautiful family.
The room was the best we had anywhere in Uzbekistan: spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Itchan Kala. Otabek was always ready to help and even kept our bags after checkout.
If you are visiting Khiva, look no further. Highly, highly recommended! Thank you, Otabek and family. We hope to come back one day, InshaAllah.
