Good location, quiet area, walking distance to train stations and things to do. Being able to borrow umbrellas was very handy!
The sleeping area was adequate for 4 adults, but the sitting area was not big enough, just one couch. Nowhere to hang towels after showering. I did not find the sleeping mat comfortable but that’s a personal preference.

We had a great stay at The One Ueno! The apartment is very spacious compared to many other accommodations in Tokyo, making it comfortable and practical. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and excellent water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. The building also has an elevator, which is a big plus when travelling with luggage.
The location is very convenient, within easy reach of JR Ueno Station and the Keisei line, which provides a direct connection to Narita Airport. This makes it an excellent base for exploring Tokyo and travelling to and from the airport.
The staff also made sure our check-in went smoothly and seemed readily available through the Booking.com chat whenever needed.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. We would happily recommend it!
There's nothing to be noted here.

It was quite and the location was ok
The bed was really hard - more than anything else we’ve stayed. It was like the mats were on concrete! Bad sleep
