Convenient location, and helpful staff.
Only one elevator, pretty small room. But still comfortable.

About five minutes or so from the station and the Ueno market, great positioning
Was a little bit of a shoebox but that’s exactly what I wanted!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bed was soft, and there were plenty of amenities available to make my stay comfortable. I really appreciated the free mini toothpaste and toothbrush because I had forgotten mine.
My only two complaints are that this 14-story building only has one elevator, so it can take a bit longer to get up/downstairs. Also, I booked with Booking.com, but I still had to fill in all of my contact info and address again at the hotel. The staff were very helpful in guiding me through the process on the machine, but because I booked with my full name, address, phone, etc.. through Booking.com already, I was a little bummed to have to go through the process.
