I loved one of the staff members - she told us a bit about her 2 year working holiday to Australia and it really warmed our hearts. We should’ve exchanged details in case she visited Sydney in the future! If the staff see this please pass on our regards and tell her to get in touch!
I loved the use of the space! It really fits nicely with how we wanted to use it. I’m just cautious to give it a full 5 stars because anyone over 170cm might have a hard time navigating
Honestly the only thing was the stairs. After injuring my ankle at a climbing gym it was a little difficult to navigate inside the room.

The staff are welcoming and helpful and the location is nice for a slower pace in Tokyo while still close to everything.
Be prepared for some stairs in your room.

The property was very nice! Perfect to get around the city without big hassles as the accomodation is near a subway station! The staff was really nice and they even provide umbrellas to borrow which was helpful as our stay was within the 37 days straight rain period 😭 other than that the rooms were really nice with a washing Maschine provided and detergent available at the front desk (1st one was free every additional one was a steal with costs 100yen!)
The rooms are quite a bit smaller than the pictures suggest, however there was still enough space to manage the luggage and all. The beds were just mattresses on the ground and the couch, however they were still comfortable! The subway station is about a 10 minute walk which wasn’t a problem!

The room was sufficient and served it need. The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean my husband and son really liked it.
The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from station which is a little far when you make it multiple times a day. The rooms are very small and interesting logistics with stairs to get into. Not recommended for families with small children. They will get hurt.
