I love you Kin hotel, my first night in Tokyo was spent there and I loved the bathhouse under the sky. Amazing.

Hotel is right in between Ueno and Asakusa stations, quite convenient location.
Clean facilities, unfortunately we didn’t try public bath.
Room is small, but OK if you don’t have large luggage.
The only complaint is that you have to pay for lost key card 1000 yen ☹️☹️☹️

I’ve stayed here about a dozen times. Nice quiet neighborhood between Ueno and Asakusa. Rooms always clean, and a supermarket and coin laundry are next door
