The only bad thing was the room service. They say it is 24hrs but it isn't late night and early morning we struggled to find food. The food options are very limited and pretty basic. Not very well seasoned. I would stay here again just get food off the resort.

When u arrive everyone is very nice n welcoming. Don’t purchase the excursions through the hotel unless u want to over pay. The pool closes too early. We didn’t get room service every day not sure why. The Italian restaurant does have a dress code n will turn u away if u have any type of swimwear on. Make reservations for the Japanese restaurant when u arrive. Our bed wasnt the best in comfort.

This hotel was great. The employees there go above and beyond and they make the experience even better. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a view of the ocean and the city from our balcony. Great view. The pools were the best part for me. Water was crystal clear and very clean. They were also never overcrowded because there’s 3 decent size pools which was very nice. The food was also great. The Italian restaurant was especially good. We also loved our waiter Alan. Overall this was a great vacation spot and I plan to go back.
