Loved the Hotel!

The view from the rooms are absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They let us know of day to day events happening in the resort, as well as how to get around Cancun. Our concierge, Oscar, was the absolute best!

We had a great stay at Secrets The Vine and really enjoyed our vacation. The resort is beautiful, our room was amazing, and the pools were incredible. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent everywhere we ate.
The only things that kept this from being a 5-star experience were the drinks and one service issue. The cocktails were consistently very weak throughout our stay. We also had a disappointing experience at the steakhouse. When we arrived, the host wanted to seat us outside in the sun on a hot day. Then they left us waiting for a long time. We chose to leave and eat at another restaurant instead, where the food and service were both great.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely consider coming back. If the drinks were stronger and the service was a little more consistent, this resort would easily be a 5-star experience.

The resort is great for couples. We chose the honeymoon suite and it was awesome. The balcony views are breathtaking. The food options are good, could be better but the bars and pools are amazing.
