This resort is a real five star experience. We really felt cared for. Everyone was very helpful. I speak Spanish too, but for travelers who need English, it is not an issue at all. We had a transcendent spa experience and all the fabulous food we could handle. Room was excellent with in-room coffee and filtered drinking water. Many local excursions will come to the resort to pick you up. There is a huge mall across the street, with many high end stores and an aquarium.
We also used the concierge to book a short sailing trip on the last night. He was great both in helping us book the event and also support after the sale.
I can't imagine a better resort, and I highly recommend it.
