Particularly noteworthy is the direct beachfront location of the Haus Meeresblick apartment complex in Kühlungsborn and the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea from the apartment and the north-facing balcony.
The location
The bright and cheerfully furnished apartment is located on the top floor of the historic Kurhaus, facing north. The Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just 100 m away and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Here you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate—for example, during long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.

This cozy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and freezer compartment. The combined kitchen and dining area includes a hi-fi system.
A spiral staircase leads to the living area, which features a flat-screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD player, and a double sleeper sofa.
Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy leisurely moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. The apartment has two separate bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The attic room features a cozy sitting area with armchairs and a sofa. In addition, this charming tower apartment offers two separate bedrooms. One is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and its own flat-screen TV; the bedroom window here overlooks the atrium, the building’s green, covered courtyard. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and is located on the second level of the apartment. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. From the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.
Highlights Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The vacation complex features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as bicycle storage in the underground parking garage. An underground parking space for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (maximum clearance height 1.50 m, maximum vehicle length 5 m) can be booked as an add-on if needed. During the season, a beach chair on the beach is available exclusively for your use at no extra charge!

Herzliche Begrüßung! Meerblick war tatsächlich gegeben!! Unkompliziertes Check In und Out,
Unterkunft super- alle Erwartungen erfüllt! Unterstand für Fahrräder war super! Spielplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Trotz Wind und Wetter um diese Zeit- war es ein toller Urlaub mit den Kindern ! Gerne würden wir wieder dort wohnen!!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Fewo und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Lage und Blick auf die Ostsee sind fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Und guter Schlaf ist gewährleistet: die Matratzen in den Betten sind hervorragend!
