Vacation Apartment 410 in the Meeresblick vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Apartment 410 in the Meeresblick complex offers you the perfect setting for a fantastic vacation. The exclusive and exceptionally quiet location of the building, combined with the high-end amenities of this spacious 3-room vacation apartment, leave little to be desired. The icing on the cake is a spacious south-facing balcony (approx. 15 m²) with a view of the park.
You can access the balcony from one of the two bedrooms and from the living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a second TV and provides access to a separate restroom.
Another shower room/restroom with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror is also available.
The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and faces the atrium. A travel crib is also available for younger guests.
No matter what you’re looking for or what your needs may be, this apartment offers not only a location close to the beach and a fantastic view but also excellent amenities, such as: a couch, two armchairs, a large dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system in the living area; four ceramic cooktops, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher in the well-equipped kitchenette. A kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker round out the kitchen’s amenities.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are also available to guests. This vacation rental is strictly non-smoking; pets are not allowed. In the underground parking garage, you’ll find parking space No. 112 (max. height 2.00 m, max. weight 2,000 kg), so you can park your vehicle safely. From here, you can quickly and easily take the elevator to the 4th floor. Distance to the beach: approx. 50 m.

The Haus Meeresblick, located in Kühlungsborn West, is situated directly on the beach promenade and offers direct access to the Baltic Sea beach. Through a spacious, covered atrium with real plants, you can reach the vacation apartments via the stairs or the two glass elevators. The south entrance of the building provides barrier-free access. The north entrance provides a short walk to the beach. A bicycle storage room, coin-operated washers, and coin-operated dryers are available to all guests.
Each apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). The underground garage also features storage compartments for roof boxes. Please note the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
