Location was great, super walkable, I felt safe exploring solo. Great shops, food and sites to see within a 5 min walk.

Location
Breakfast was a problem for me.
Having to wait for essentials such as water, tea and coffee was unacceptable.
Guests should be permitted to help themselves and not made to wait.

Nice, botique hotel perfectly situated in the city center near Old TOWN
Very unprofessional, arrogant and unhelpful stuff , particularly the front desk manager
