The location is perfect. We were very close to major attractions and the commute was very easy. Nearby restaurants were also quite nice.
We had a small problem in our room and the management was happy to move us to another room without any problem.
Nothing really

Location excellent - staff excellent - connecting rooms worked well. Staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough
Had massage and for both of us she clicked our backs at the start which was slightly painful. Electrical cut out a few times (but staff came up within a minute each time) and being right in the centre was a tad noisy

The location was the best! We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. We were close to all restaurants, bars, shops but didn’t feel like we were in a super touristy area. The staff was great, arranged the airport transfer for us, took good care of us. Just next door they have a lovely cafe with all the Turkish sweets your heart desires plus breakfast so our mornings were sorted. The hotel is lovely and clean so we really enjoyed our stay. We were 2 couples and booked the shared rooms. Each room has its own private bathroom.
Everything was fine. We didn’t get to use the SPA but maybe next time.

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff seemed quite uninterested and not very attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of care and professionalism affected the overall experience.
