A great hotel in a fantastic location – most of Istanbul's main attractions are within easy reach.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had a question, I received a very detailed answer, and the team would often proactively point out useful details and give recommendations to help make my stay in Istanbul even better.
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. It may be a little repetitive if you stay for several days, but that personally wasn't an issue for me.
There were only a couple of small things that kept me from giving the hotel a 10/10:
1. The refrigerator has a transparent door, and the light inside stays on all the time. It can be easily covered with a towel, though.
2. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so I had to buy them myself.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal and perfectly situated for exploring Istanbul and getting around easily. The property is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for one night, and this was actually my second time here. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again without hesitation
Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied with our stay
