Beautiful historic building. Location at the foot of the Galata Bridge. The tram is outside the hotel front door.
Room was noisy at night due to the busy intersection.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The staff were exceptional —so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sefa went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Everyone, especially Sefa, was always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooftop views at breakfast were breathtaking. The staff and location made our stay memorable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
The rooms could use renovation, especially the bathrooms. The hair dryer wasn’t powerful enough, and the towels looked worn and could use replacing.
