We had a wonderful stay at Galata’s Hotel in Istanbul! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the price was very reasonable for what the hotel offers. The heated swimming pool was also a lovely bonus.
All the staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention goes to the plumber, who helped us when we had an issue in the bathroom and fixed it within just a few minutes. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even assisting us with additional requests that were outside his usual responsibilities, such as getting us a bucket of ice. He handled everything with a big smile and a genuinely positive attitude.
This level of service really made a difference to our stay. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We would happily recommend Galata’s Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location is literally perfect. Close to many attractions and to public transport with tons of restaurants around. I was very happy with it. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast is also lovely. Can recommend. Haven’t checked out the pool unfortunately.
The room was quite dark, because there was another building in front of my window. So if you’re here for the views, maybe it’s not the best place to stay, but everything else is top-notch.

Location, breakfast is good, good clean room
Someone, I assume from the staff, open the room in the middle of the night, saying: I was showing the room
Then it happened again in the morning
Just lock the door and press Do not disturb
