The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming. Her hospitality and kindness truly touched me. The kaiseki dinner was beautiful and delicious, and the hot spring baths were wonderful, especially the outdoor bath in the morning. All the staff were very kind and helpful, even though I don't speak Japanese. The ryokan is just a few minutes from Hakone-Yumoto station, which is very convenient. Even in heavy rain, my stay here was one of the highlights of my trip to Japan.
Nothing at all.

I booked this accommodation based on a recommendation from a friend who had previously visited. I planned my entire trip to the Hakone region to accommodate this overnight stay. I loved the traditional style of the lodging that included dinner and breakfast. The food was so delicious. I appreciated that the onsens were clearly divided by sex and the host provided opportunities to visit all. The staff were so accommodating as I was a single guest booked under a double room (the only bookings they have). They were generous to offer me some perks in return. I have since recommended this booking to others who plan to stay there on their upcoming trip.
Nothing to say.
