Lovely quiet hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and great to have 24hours front desk. Very central to everything. Loved having a fridge. All very clean and recently renovated.
The room was a little too warm but cooled down when bathroom window opened. Bed a bit soft.

The location was excellent. The King-size bed was super comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt both very welcome and very well looked after. This is a really good location in Kensington perfectly situated for getting around |London. Although we were facing the street it was very quiet all week. The air conditioner was silent. too and we slept very well
The hotel is a little dated but very comfortable. It has all the modern amenities but the tap in the bathroom tends to spray you a little if you're not careful. Minor issues though.

The staff were kind and helpful. The location was excellent; not only was everything within walking distance, the walk itself was great because the neighborhood is beautiful. Like most London hotels the spaces are not big but everything was well organized and the rooms were quiet.
The free breakfast was a bit minimal but add-ons were plentiful and not too expensive. The elevator was really slow, which offered several mini-meditation moments each day.
