Location is fantastic, close to Earls Court Underground, it gives you options to travel by rail/tube lines & access to the national rail & airport, very easy to navigate once you understand how the lines work. a few good restaurants around the area that won't break the budget, the room was clean & comfortable.
The breakfast staff weren't very helpful with the Gluten Free options, they were not interested in even having a discussion on the hot food, nor did they offer any other options except for the usual cold meats, cheese, fruit & olives. They did have Gluten Free bread which can only be eaten if toasted, no separate toaster was available, nor did they offer to toast it in the kitchen. This is not about the GF options that were provided, it is about the attitude of the staff, being a Celiac that does not have options, we need to ask questions to determine on whether the item can be eaten or not.

Fantastic location within 2 minutes of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops etc and the tube station. Our room was spotlessly clean and very modern. Value for money was superb! Will definitely be booking here next time!

Location, cleaning, excellent as always.
There was an issue with not being able to control the temperature from the room. But the staff kept on doing it remotely as soon as we called them and was nice about it.

Lovely location, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the tube station. Lovely touch that as we were celebrating two occasions, rose petals were scattered over our bed.
We had no hot water for 48 hours during our stay. On both days we spoke to reception (in a separate building) about this. We were informed that other people had also reported this issue and it would be resolved soon. However, the hotel are now refusing to accept that this occurred. This has put us off staying here in the future which is a shame as otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely and clean. Thankfully Booking.com were amazing and have taken this onboard and as a gesture have given us credit towards a future stay, which was much appreciated
