I do love the service I recieve here. It's one of my familiar comforts. The rooms are clean and a great size. Easy transport links. It does stay on my list of trust places.

This place is super clean! I love that they have clean cold water available, always welcome after a long day. Breakfast was good. And a working lift is fantastic! Very close to transit and the neighborhood is very safe for a solo female.
I asked for an extra blanket...2x. Both of them had an older. Housekeeping gave me an extra comforter which was fine.
The person above me was stomping on Sat night....very loudly. thankfully it was addressed. However this hotel can benefit from posted quiet hours.

Location
The size of the room and bed. Very very small. The bed was extremely hard. Did not manage to sleep as my back was in excruciating y pain from the hard mattress.
