I asked for a quiet room, and that is what I got. Easily up to the standard I expect of any Holiday Inn. Located a few hundred yards from the conference centre, it was a near leisurely walk to get there.
Nothing.

the staff were friendly and helpful
the room was not clean. there were disgusting stains on the carpet. we paid for parking and the car park was full. My husband had to wait to be parked and I don't understand why payment was taken if the car park was full. This delayed our evening, when my husband went to collect his car he was told it hadn't been paid for, I paid for parking when we arrived, so we were delayed again. I was not given a receipt on payment and had to go back into the hotel to collect a receipt. simple admin causes issues that can be avoided.
