Location was great, room was comfortable and buffet breakfast was lovely.
It should be made clearer that the hotel does not offer dinner at the present time. I was a lone traveller and thought it would be useful to stay somewhere that offered dinner. I went down for dinner only to be told that due to staff shortages the restaurant was not open in the evenings. If I had known I would have made arrangements to eat out earlier in the day.

I liked the location
It was very noisy in the morning - got woken up at 7am on Sunday

Location was excellent, close to Earl's Court tube station and several of the major museums.
Toiletries provided in the room were good and the dressing gown was appreciated.
Breakfast could have been better and the food was cold on the second day because the heaters weren't switched on. Service at breakfast was spasmodic.

Lovely location with great independent cafes around the corner and the underground superbly close. The reception area was modern and stylish. We didn’t use the bar so can’t comment. The single rooms were adequate for needs and small touches like robes, toiletries including cotton buds and tips was nice.
We didn’t really experience any warm and welcoming staff. Just brusque and matter of fact. We were just simple undemanding tourists so a smile would’ve been nice. My kettle seemed to leak and tripped the electricity in my room which was fixed by the reception lady coming and climbing on a chair to flick the trip switch. She got me some hot water from the kitchen. The duvets were small for the single bed so you couldn’t quite wrap up cosy warm.

"Very nice hotel in this price category. I had a single superior room which was big enough and had a spacious bathroom. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had everythi..."
